Appliances Elders Appliance seems to be the place to go for scratch and dents. They get them shipped from all around so they have a constantly changing supply at very nice prices. We love or stainless refrigerator and microhood we purchased there and we haven't even found the scratch or dent. The refrigerator was retailed over $3,000 and they sold it for $899! You can get an extra discount with a referral certificate from me. You may be able to get the discount by telling them I referred you during your checkout but the best way is to have me e-mail a certificate to you. It makes sence to pump them at least every 5 years and add some bacteria because if it fails the Health department inspection when you try to sell the property, you probably will not have the time to try a less expenssive solution to the problem and will need to replace it. The good news is there are companies that specialize in making failed systems work at a fraction of the cost of a new system. A good choice for septic solutions is http://www.biosafeone.com/ After talking to a salesperson there they may have the most successful solution available, but it's not cheap. Their scientists who designed their product also engineered the Exxon Valdez clean up with a similar product. They have a 98 to 99% success rate and he said you won't find one complaint on the internet. Not bad for a company that has been in the business for 53 years. If anyone tries this company I would love to hear how well it works, or doesn't. They say they can clean up a failed system for $800 to $1200. Trees
If you attend Bella Vista Church like me you probably already know Dick Miller but you might not know he owns a tree service with his sons. 874-6832 I've also had a client use Irish Tree Service 616 878-3111. In 2005 they took out 3 trees all of which were hanging over a house or tangled through power lines and one was about 3 feet in diameter for $1,200. They ground the stumps and cleaned up so well you hardly knew the trees were there in the first place.
